The distinguishing feature of the dishes at Vallantica is the fact that little or no use is made of industrial products. What makes them stand out is the authenticity of the foods, all produced on site, helping diners rediscover the flavours and traditions of the past.

The Dedalo Restaurant is a valuable addition to the services offered by the Vallantica Conference Centre, and business lunches and dinners or buffet refreshments can be arranged, with customised menus agreed upon with the event organisers.

VALLANTICA FOR WEDDINGS

Receptions and wedding breakfasts are two things that Vallantica does particularly well. For these occasions, the Dedalo Restaurant offers a large dining room and a terrace that can be set up according to your tastes, impeccable staff for elegant and sophisticated receptions, the chance for you to come up with your own wedding menu with the intense flavours typical of Umbrian tradition and to order a modern wedding cake made by our bakery.

ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES

The Vallantica Restaurant also takes special requirements such as allergies and intolerances into consideration. The chef has demonstrated his awareness of gluten intolerance, taking part in the “Alimentazione Fuori Casa” (AFC) project run by AIC (the Italian Coeliac Association), which offers a catering service that meets the special requirements of coeliacs. For this reason, Vallantica also offers tasting menus for coeliacs, strictly gluten-free but full of the typical flavours of traditional Umbrian cuisine.
