An important project, an area of about 200 hectares which combines history, culture and traditions of this marvellous territory in Umbria. A place, whose charm enchanted already the 18^th century famous sculptor Antonio Canova such an extent that he decided to acquire the lands for setting up his summer residence.

The huge, prestigious estates are going to bring back life to an agricultural farm, with a Centre to host conferences and meetings, as well as a receptive structure, immersed in a marvellous scenery in the midst of vineyards and olive groves, cultivation of wheat and sunflower fields, walnut and cherry trees, with ancient farmhouses.

The aim of this project is to conserve that special, delicate equilibrium between technology and nature, in the profuse and careful respect of farmer’s paces.
